Need to Know

Senior Teachers - Parade of Graduates/Grad Practice - If you teach Seniors, please plan on being apart of the Parade of Graduates on Wednesday from 9-11 and Graduation practice from 12:15 - 2.  Your help in lining up students will be greatly appreciated.  Also, feel free to go and visit the Seniors during their morning tailgate in the far parking lot Wednesday morning. Walk around and talk with kids.  Retirees please plan to be apart of the parade of graduates as we will ask you to lead the students through the hallways!

Finals May 30/31st - We do run altered schedules to finish our semesters to allow for finals. All classes are expected to have a final assessment on May 30/31st.  Whether that assessment is cumulative, unit based, performance, or something else is up to each individual PLC.

Finals Schedules - They are located in the senior high shared folder at:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1410AGAq5o5FkolyKfRDbMppHJtZfvFd6?ths=true. Please post for students or let them know they can look on the senior high website calendar. There are links under the specific dates that we have an altered schedule. Students/parents/community/anyone can access this calendar.  https://seniorhigh.dce.k12.wi.us/quick-links2/calendar1

Graduation - Faculty row leaders are expected to be at the Senior High in the theater at 6:15.  They will ride the busses with their row to Stiehm Stadium.  All faculty are welcome to ride the busses with students - it helps keep the congestion of cars lower at Stiehm Stadium.  All faculty are expected to be lining the hill by 6:50 on Graduation night.  Robes will be available for pickup all day Wednesday.

Pride Tickets:  All staff are asked to send three Pride tickets to students per week. Use the rotation calendar to help provide an equal rotation. Teachers are welcome to send more than directed on the calendar. This action step should increase the amount of positive feedback parents and students hear about all the good they are doing.
