Announcements/Week Ahead

EPU Meeting - There was a time change for the EPU Meeting on Tuesday.  It will be 10:30-11:30 in the IMC.

Teacher Locator - The Teacher Locator is in the shared google file.  If you have any questions, concerns, etc., please contact Dallas Rennie.  If it is just a typing error, please contact Dawn Seehafer.  Please pay special attention to room numbers.

High School Phone Directory - Last chance for any changes on the high school phone directory.  It will be printed on heavier paper and put in mailboxes on Tuesday afternoon so please let Dawn Seehafer know by noon on Tuesday of any changes. 

High School Phone Name Display - The District has gone to a new phone carrier and are in the process of switching over.  Most of us will continue to use the same physical phone but will need to add our greetings again.  You will see directions taped to your phone when the time comes to complete this.  Continue as in the past but let me know if your name on the phone display is wrong.

Sophomore Activity/Club Fair - We have heard from 11 Club/Activity groups planning to staff a table on Tuesday, September 13 during ELT to all sophomores.  We want ALL groups to be presented so please fill out the survey emailed out by Mike Raether a few weeks ago or linked here Club/Activity Sign-up form

Student Services update:  *We continue to receive new students and transfer out students. Class rosters may be affected by this.  We will personally email teachers affected with class changes beginning Sept. 9th. Otherwise, please review Infinite Campus for students moving in or out.

*Please check your email for 504 notices from counselors.  504 accommodations must be implemented in the classroom.  Please consult with counselors if you have questions about any accommodation. Health Plans will be coming from the Health Office.

*Student requests to see a counselor:  We encourage students to see us during non-instructional times of the day for non-emergency reasons.  If a student asks to see the counselor during your class, it is ok to ask them to wait for a non-instructional period if it's NOT an emergency. You will need to ask if it is an emergency.

The Medical Form only needs to be completed by parents/physicians if overnight trip along with the Parental Consent.

Announcements/Week Ahead

Welcome Back Slideshow - This linked slideshow has a significant amount of information you will need to spend time on to prepare for the upcoming year. When you have fully reviewed - please save it as it can be used as a resource to get the year going.

Parent/Student Newsletter - The first newsletter of the school year was emailed through IC earlier in August.  Here is the link to the senior high webpage if you are interested in looking at it:  August Parent/Student Newsletter 2022 .

Student Open House Nights - The Senior & Junior Open House night is Tuesday, August 23rd 1-4 p.m. and the Sophomore Open House night is Wednesday, August 24th  2:30-5:30 p.m.  These are contracted times for teachers.
