Announcements/Week Ahead

Classroom Preparedness - As you come into your classrooms over the next week, please do your best to address any needs you may have in your room or with technology. Please place a "School Dude" ticket for any custodial requests and "Spiceworks" for technology.  Please be aware this is the busiest time of year for tech and building and grounds staff.

Parent/Student Newsletter - The first newsletter of the school year was emailed through IC earlier in August.  Here is the link to the senior high webpage if you are interested in looking at it:  August Parent/Student Newsletter 2021 .

New Daily Time Schedules - A card stock 8 1/2" by 11" copy of the new daily time schedules will be put in mailboxes upon your return to display in your classrooms.  These can also be found in the August newsletter and on the senior high website.  Here is a link of smaller set for your reference:  Mini Daily Time Schedules 2021-22

Student Open House Nights - The Senior & Junior Open House night is Thursday, August 26th and the Sophomore Open House night is Monday, August 30th both from 2:30-5:30 p.m.  These are contracted nights for teachers.  

Teacher Locator - The Teacher Locator will be shared with all through google sheets.  If you have any questions, concerns, etc., please contact Jeff See.

ELT/Advisory Assignments - The students were assigned alphabetically this year with the exception of a few teachers with caseloads.  Linked here is the teacher assignments and a class list of your ELT/Advisory students can be obtained in IC.

Voice Mail - Please check your voice mail message to make sure your message is correct.  There are a few that have not been changed after someone left or retired.  To change your voice mail:click on the
, add your PIN number (normally is the phone extension, 54321 or 12345), click on "4" for setup options and follow the directions. Here is also a quick reference guide link to features you can use on your phone.  

Auditorium ELT/Advisory Student Seating Charts:  ELT/Advisory auditorium seating charts have been completed and are linked here for your review. Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors.  Field house charts will be out soon.

Amazing Race - Departments will be asked to complete the Amazing Race as in past years. The link will be emailed out this week. Chairs and BLT members, please work with your department to determine what you plan to do.

High School Phone Directory - The high school phone directory will be emailed out to all senior high employees early this week.  Please check your extension number and extra activities you are involved in after your name.  Contact Dawn Seehafer with any changes.
